fresh Pizza!

Now I make Pizza!

start by mixing flour, yeast (fresh if you have), some salt, sugar if you want, and warm water ... mix runny!

after mixing; let it sit for a little while. Till it doubles in size or whatever. Add flour till it is just a little tacky, then turn it out onto a board. Knead it some to build up Gluten. Then let it rest if you have time. After that, roll it out to fit a pan. I like to use baking paper for the convenience but you can also butter a pan or use flour or Corn meal to keep it from sticking.

Now, prepare ingredients! You can use any thing yummy that you like, even left over stuff from the fridge.


Some ingredients ...

I use tomato paste and ketchup for the base (plus my secret ingredient, Japanese Okonomiyaki sauce!) ... usually. Also, put some Olive oil on the crust before the sauce so that it does not moisten the crust.

Now for ingredients!


This time, mushrooms, thinly sliced sausage, and eggplant!


Here I added cheese, eggs ( if you like), and some ricotta that was in the fridge.

Ready for the oven!

Usually, you can tell when it is done by the aroma. As you can tell, I do not measure anything when cooking, even time ;)


so far, so good ... needs to cook some more!
