Pork sausage, green onion, tomato soup

This is one of my favorite soups. It can also be made much simpler with only sausage and tomato, or any other variation.

First, the ingredients that i used this time:

not too complicated, green onion, pepper, pork sausage, bell pepper paste, and tomato sauce.

i thought the bell pepper paste is unique to Germany, but not sure ...

cut pepper

green onions ;)

into the pot with some butter!

i realized that i have ginger ;)

finely chopped. just add as much as you like but not too much, it can be a strong flavor

fresh Tumeric!

peeled some and chopped :)

if you do not want yellow fingers, wear food prep gloves ;)

roughly cut the pork sausage.

here i already added all the cut ingredients, some bell pepper paste, and even the tomato sauce.

the original pot was too small, so i added it all to a bigger one.

the finished product, with chopped chives. i love the texture of the pork sausage! :)

Enjoy!!!
